Welcome to The Selene Platform. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, applications, messaging tools, and related services. By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Nature of the Platform
The Selene Platform is a digital support platform designed to help users with day-to-day structure, reminders, journaling, accountability, continuity, and authorized care coordination.
The Platform is intended to support follow-through and communication. It is not emergency response and is not a substitute for direct medical care, psychiatric care, psychotherapy, or legal advice unless separately stated in a written agreement.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally authorized to use the Platform and to provide any information you submit, including the contact information of any therapist, clinician, caregiver, or support person you choose to authorize.
3. Accounts
You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Authorized Communication
If you authorize a therapist, clinician, caregiver, or other support contact, you consent to the Platform facilitating relevant reminders, summaries, instructions, and operational communications consistent with your permissions.
5. Email and SMS Messaging
If you provide your contact information and opt in, the Platform may send service-related emails and text messages, including reminders, check-ins, account notices, care-coordination messages, and alerts.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit, including messages, notes, journal entries, and uploads. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and use that content as needed to operate and improve the Platform.
7. Appropriate Use
You agree not to misuse the Platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful or harmful purposes.
8. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party vendors for hosting, messaging, authentication, analytics, and related operational services.
9. Disclaimer
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties except as required by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Event Horizon Holdings, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. Total liability will not exceed the greater of the amount paid in the prior 12 months or $100.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this site.
